On April 28, 1989, I received the following letter from Marion Basacker, a fancier from Montana who had read the article about the "Diamond female" in the Thoroughbred Magazine.  His letter led me to understand the need for a reliable source of high-quality information about all aspects of the Racing Pigeon Sport.  Ultimately, Marion's letter was the historical stimulus which led me to begin writing a Blog in 2007 on my website.
